This unit aims to introduce students to the unit Europe and teach them about its basic geographic and political features, its natural and climatic characteristics, the basic parameters for its industrial, social and cultural development as well as learn the basic facts of the EU (historical background - establishment, member countries) and the relation between Cyprus and the EU.
