Virolahden yläasteella yhdistettiin äidinkieltä ja kuvataidetta. Oppilaat valitsivat sarjakuvateoksen, jota työstivät e-portfoliokansiossaan. Tuotoksina tehtiin valinnan mukaan joko yksin tai ryhmätyönä juonireferaatti digisarjakuvana, tekstitiivistelmä sekä videomuotoinen vinkkaus, jonka tueksi taustatietojen kooste Power Point -muodossa. Arviointipalautteet talletettiin portfoliokansioon.
